Carl has been a real ‘find’ for us. He has done three jobs for us, all of which Suzanne and I have been extremely happy with. I have found him very creative and very willing for me to do some of the work – mainly menial stuff like painting! I consider his work to be of a high standard. He does not take short cuts, and uses good quality materials – particularly the wood! He is very tidy – there is nothing left to clear up after he leaves. I know our house is better for having Carl work on it. Finally, it has been a pleasure to become acquainted with him, and to have a cup of tea together.

In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Sandy, I got a call from Carl.  I was travelling for work and my family was in a hotel in Philadelphia.  Carl went to our house and made sure we had power and that all systems were go before the family returned home.  He even fed the dog!
